Go easy on the treats
You might have good reason to celebrate today, but be careful not to go overboard. Chocolate is okay, provided is it not loaded with sugar. You be the judge of what and how much to eat. Try to offset any extra calories you might consume by eating more nutrient-dense foods throughout the day.
